Public Transportation

• The conference center can be reached by high-speed train (TGV) from Paris or from Lyon airports, as well as from Milan and Turin.
• From Modane station, one reaches the conference center bus bus or taxi. 

 

Other practical questions:

• The school will start on monday morning September 7th. Participants are expected to arrive on sunday the 6th of September.
• The school will end on friday 11th in the afternoon: participants departure from the conference center will be on friday afternoon.
• Registration fees cover full housing and meals.
• Housing can be in single room or in shared double room, as chosen by the participants upon registration (subject to availability). 
• If you wish to come with partner (or children), please contact the organisors on that regard: children under 3 are hosted for free at Centre Langevin but your partner will have to pay the registration fees which cove the housing and meals. If your partner is coming only for part of t he week, it is possible not to use the school registration but to pay directly to the conference center for the number of days corresponding to the stay. In any case, please let us know what are you plans prior to proceeding to the booking with the conference center.
• The conference center offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and can adapt to allergies but sadly cannot offer vegan options.
• A social event will be organised during the school.
• There will be a free afternoon during which we plan an excursion, weather permitting.
